Christine is a Certified Gestalt Therapist. She is a past president of the Gestalt Therapy Institute of Los Angeles (GTILA), a core faculty member and Faculty Chair of the Pacific Gestalt Institute, a postgraduate psychotherapy training program. She is a clinical supervisor at The Southern California Counseling Center. Christine has given lectures and training workshops on Contemporary Relational Gestalt Therapy at various therapy training programs in Los Angeles, including Antioch University, The Southern California Counseling Center, The Center for Individual and Family Counseling, and The Maple Center. She has also lectured internationally. She is the co-author, along with her husband, Jack Fris, of The Mountain and the River: Stillness and Flow and the Art of Therapy in The Relational Heart of Gestalt Therapy, Contemporary Perspectives, Edited by Peter Cole.
In addition, Christine offers a Relational Gestalt Therapy Study and Consultation group, as well as individual case consultation by appointment.
