FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long are your sessions?
My sessions are usually 50 minutes in length. At times longer sessions can be helpful.
How often do we meet?
We usually meet once a week. If you're going through a really tough time, we can meet more frequently. As things get better we might meet less often.
How long will it take?
If things are going well, and you just need a little help to get through a rough time, therapy can be pretty brief. If you're struggling with some tougher issues and you want to get to a much better place, it might mean more sessions. You decide.
